Q: Can I choose my
own passcode?
Yes. You can have your passcode match your own telephone number,
whether office, home, or cell phone, to make it easy to remember.
Or we can assign a randomly-generated passcode, if you prefer.
Q: Do I need to call
Soundpath to reserve a time for my call?
No. Your automated Soundpath service is always available, day or
night. Simply tell your participants when and how to dial in, and you can
begin your conference instantly.
Q: Does an operator
need to call my participants to join them to the conference?
No. Everyone simply dials in to join your call.
Q: How do I hold
a conference?
Simply notify your participants of the date & time of your conference,
give them your permanent toll free number and permanent participant
passcode, and everyone is set to go. Just pick up your phone, dial
in to your personalized toll free number, and enter your moderator
passcode to start your conference.
Q: Can participants
outside the U.S. join my call?
Yes. Participants can easily dial in from anywhere in the world,
even from a cell phone. Because U.S. 8XX (toll free) numbers cannot
be dialed from outside the country, just give those participants
the international toll dial-in number located on the front of your
wallet card.
